A training session was organised on “inclusive territorial planning” for elected officials and representatives of advisory bodies on equality, equity of opportunities and gender approach in communes involved in the #AMSSAWASS project.
Enriching knowledge and acquiring practical tools
This programme enabled participants to enrich their knowledge and acquire practical tools to:
- Adopt a gender approach in order to promote equality between women and men in the development of territorial policies
- Organise practical workshops to identify gender-related challenges at the level of target communes
- Integrate the theory of change into territorial planning while exploring innovative solutions based on generative AI
