About the Organisation
Governance Structure
AIDECA is governed through a three-tier structure ensuring democratic accountability at every level.
General Assembly
All members meet annually to approve the activity report, financial statements, and elect the Executive Bureau. Extraordinary meetings are called for statutory changes.
Executive Bureau
Elected body of 7 members responsible for implementing General Assembly decisions, managing the organisation day-to-day, and representing AIDECA externally.
Advisory Board
External technical experts who provide strategic guidance, review programme quality, and support fundraising and partnerships.
Funding Transparency
AIDECA does not accept funding from sources that conflict with our values or independence. All funding agreements are subject to signed grant contracts with reporting obligations.
