Forum of Opportunities: A Comprehensive Space for Exchange and Cooperation

As a step towards activating the provisions of the third phase of the National Initiative for Human Development, the Association Al Intilaka for Development, Environment and Culture in Afourar (AIDECA), in partnership with the Provincial Committee for Human Development, organized the “Forum of Opportunities” on 22 and 23 May 2025 in the city of Azilal. The forum aims to empower youth and promote sustainable development in the province, with a rich and integrated programme reflecting the organizers’ commitment to supporting local dynamics and providing a platform for networking and exchange of experiences.

The forum aims to create a comprehensive space for exchange and cooperation, offering young entrepreneurs, project idea holders, and territorial actors in Azilal province a unique opportunity to share their knowledge, strengthen their technical and organizational skills, and address challenges while exploring opportunities related to employment and entrepreneurship. This event is part of a comprehensive approach to sustainable development, fostering innovation and collective action for a prosperous future.

Exhibition of Opportunities: Informing Youth About Available Opportunities

The “Exhibition of Opportunities” was one of the forum’s flagship activities, bringing together under one roof public and private institutions, as well as partners of the Association Al Intilaka. The exhibition aimed to introduce youth and entrepreneurs to the opportunities available in various sectors, and to provide comprehensive information on existing support and funding programmes.

Quality Thematic Workshops

In parallel with the exhibition, quality thematic workshops were facilitated by experts, specialists, and local actors. These workshops focused on strategic axes aligned with the objectives of the National Initiative for Human Development:

Promoting Sustainable Tourism

Exploring local tourism potential and developing innovative approaches to responsible tourism that contributes to economic and social development while preserving natural and cultural heritage.

Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence

Highlighting the importance of adopting modern technologies in developing entrepreneurial projects, and presenting practical solutions for youth to integrate digitalisation and artificial intelligence into their initiatives.

Support, Accompaniment and Funding Mechanisms for Youth

Introducing participants to the various government and non-government programmes and initiatives that provide technical and financial support to young project and innovative idea holders.

Networking and Exchange of Experiences

The forum placed special emphasis on networking and the exchange of experiences and knowledge, with dedicated spaces and interactive sessions enabling participants to build fruitful professional relationships and share ideas and successful experiences.

Individual and Training Sessions

To complement this interactive approach, the forum programme included individual and training sessions designed specifically to meet the needs of youth, offering personalised consultations and accompaniment to help them develop or refine their projects and overcome the challenges they may face.

Central Role of the Association Al Intilaka

The organization of this forum reflects the central role played by the Association Al Intilaka for Development, Environment and Culture in Afourar, in close collaboration with the Provincial Committee for Human Development, in implementing public policies aimed at achieving inclusive and sustainable human development, with a particular focus on empowering youth as key actors in this process.

Income Improvement and Economic Inclusion of Youth Programme

The forum is part of the “Income Improvement and Economic Inclusion of Youth” programme in Azilal province, within the framework of the third phase of the National Initiative for Human Development (2023-2027).
