Results and Outcomes of the Pre-Creation Entrepreneurship Pathway for Youth Project Idea Holders in Azilal Province

An Integrated Pathway for Youth Project Idea Holders

Within the framework of the third programme of the National Initiative for Human Development “Improving Income and Economic Inclusion of Youth”, implemented by Association Al Intilaka/AIDECA in partnership with the Azilal Regional Committee for Human Development, an integrated pathway to support youth with project ideas was deployed in the province.

A Series of Intensive Training Workshops

This pathway featured a series of intensive training workshops aimed at strengthening beneficiaries’ capacity to develop their ideas and turn them into feasible projects. These workshops were organised as follows:

• 16 workshops in entrepreneurship
• 16 practical workshops covering key topics such as: design thinking, business plan, legal framework for enterprises, and life and soft skills

Intensive Individual Accompaniment

Alongside these workshops, participants benefited from intensive individual accompaniment to prepare comprehensive feasibility studies for their entrepreneurial projects. During this phase, approximately 1200 individual meetings were held over 15 days, dedicated to guiding and evaluating proposed projects across the province.

The Final Phase and Beyond

In the final phase, youth had the opportunity to present their projects before the Azilal Regional Committee for Economic Development, which evaluated and approved them. Following project validation, the association will launch the next phase relating to post-creation accompaniment, to support their sustainability and success.
