Training axes
The programme covered the following areas:
- Strengthening soft skills and personal competencies — developing relational skills and individual capacities
- Mechanisms for elaborating territorial policies — understanding how to formulate local policies
- Integrating gender approach & gender equality in projects — mainstreaming the gender dimension in planning
- Practical workshops to map local challenges — field exercises to identify gaps
- Leadership & self-confidence — enabling participants to assume leadership roles
