Socio-Economic Inclusion
Creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods and social integration for vulnerable populations
Learn MoreAt AIDECA, our Socio-Economic Inclusion programs focus on promoting equitable economic opportunities and social integration for marginalized groups, particularly women and youth, in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region.
Despite Morocco’s economic progress, significant disparities persist, with high unemployment rates among youth and women, limited access to financial services, and barriers to formal economic participation. Rural areas face particular challenges, including limited infrastructure, restricted market access, and traditional social norms that can constrain economic opportunities, especially for women.
Our initiatives address these challenges through a comprehensive approach that combines skills development, entrepreneurship support, access to financial services, and advocacy for inclusive policies and practices.
